Scope of Work: All projects are governed by a specific Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal agreed upon by both parties.
Modifications: Any changes to the scope must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional charges.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for their intended business purpose.

Kash Digital Retention: We retain the right to use the work for our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless a specialized Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in your proposal:

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to commence work.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final transfer of assets.
Late Fees: We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kash Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City/State, India].
